During the course of my life I've done a few hard things that proved problematical.  Yet, none compare to the difficulty to taking the absolute terror one can feel within the depths of a consciousness they don't understand and confine it to words. Looking on the brighter side of things, at least I've finally written something during this busy semester that's actually mine and mine alone (though it'll still end up in my student portfolio near the end of the year).  I'll be posting it once I figure out the line breaks and do the general editing.

I'll probably be submitting more poems for a while, since the only creative writing class I'm taking is a Verse Writing course.  Of course, that doesn't mean that I won't be submitting other things, I've got a few things up my sleeves, but one I'm obsessing over isn't creative at all.  Rather, it's a philosophy theory, and a fairly large one at that.  For now, I'll be getting all those nasty thoughts out of my head, so I can focus more on writing essays, poems, and some short stories. I also plan on submitting my work to the Northridge Review again, and with any luck, I'll get something published this go around. P.S.  Wouldn't you know that

Well, I finally got a Mac, MacBook to be precise.  Now I have something to easily take notes with in class, as well as a better computer all around.  Seriously, for those of you who have never worked on a Mac, you should, and see the difference.  Although now I find myself back in homeroom again, I need to learn the interface all over again. Along with the new MacBook and all the other new things in ma' life right now, I'm going to try something new pertaining to my craft.  Part meditation, part writing, it's a project that I'm excited to do.  I'm literally putting all thoughts of it out of my mind until I can actually do it, so that I don't
